Our online booking system allows delegates to access their booking information online at any time by visiting their status page.
Once you have registered online by completing the registration form (please click on the link in your email invitation ‘Click to register’) you will then be able to view booking information, and print copies, at any time of your individual status page.
You will be sent an email to confirm your registration with the link to your status page.
If you require accommodation and travel information at BBC Showcase please request this on your registration form. Dovetail Foks will then contact you regarding your request.

If you have any access requirements please advise the Events Team in advance in the space provided on your registration form.
The Digital Screening application will be used at all viewing booths. There will be trained experts from BBC Worldwide on hand to answer any questions you may have about the system, refresh your memory and guide you through the screening process.
A full timetable of Events including details on evening dinners and Showcase Premieres will soon be available and will be emailed to all registered delegates shortly before BBC Showcase 2012.

Location
BBC Showcase is based entirely in the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool. Please see below for a map.If you have any access requirements please advise the Events Team in advance in the space provided on your registration form.
Registration
Delegates are asked to register and collect their individual badges needed to access Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool between 10:00 and 17:00 on Sunday 26th February and between 08:00 and 17:00 on Monday 27th February to Wednesday 29th February. You will be directed to the registration area on arrival.Screenings
You will be able to screen at the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool between 10:00-17:00 on Sunday, 08:00-17:00 from Monday to Wednesday.The Digital Screening application will be used at all viewing booths. No Smoking Policy
Please note that due to current legislation in the UK both the Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool. Smoking is only permitted outside of the building.Meals and Social Arrangements
Delegates will be the guests of BBC Worldwide for lunches and dinner each day.
